
Sarah Tam FCIM
Founder
Ms. Tam is an executive advisor for global senior leaders and entrepreneurs. She supports purpose-driven organisations in the public, private and third sector on social impact, digital transformation, marketing innovation, strategy design, and skills development.
Prior to establishing Astoch, Ms. Tam had worked with a number of financial services firms in global and regional marketing leadership roles for diverse international markets, where she drove marketing strategy and customer propositions from awareness to advocacy. Her experience in establishing growth pipeline and creating solid brand reputation is most noticeable. The corporations she served include Chubb, Swiss Reinsurance, Aviva, J.P.Morgan, HSBC, and Thomson Reuters.
Ms. Tam has been active in public and community service. Passionate about creating a more inclusive society, Ms. Tam works with multiple stakeholders to support efforts related to youth & capacity building, women empowerment, and peace building. She is currently the Governing Committee member for the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organisation (UNESCO) Hong Kong GPC and the Convenor of its Education Committee; Deputy Supervisor for Wofoo Social Enterprises’ Leaders Network Steering Committee; Founding member of the Rotary Action Group for Peace Hong Kong; Committee member of the Hong Kong Independent Non-Executive Director Association, and the Vice-Chairman of the Advisory Committee of the Centre for MLA at the Hang Seng University of Hong Kong.
She also served as the Governing Committee member for the Hong Kong Federation of Insurers (HKFI), a mentor for the Chinese University of Hong Kong ‘Empowering Young Entrepreneurs’ Program, and an advisor for the Hong Kong Social Enterprise Challenge.

Ms. Tam is a Chartered Member and was elected a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Marketing U.K. She holds a Certification on Board Directorship and a Master’s Degree in Online Journalism.
